Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paramanga website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Parasocial Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16308411) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service contains adult-oriented content and is not intended for minors.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@paramanga.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Description of Service

Paramanga is a digital subscription platform that provides access to manga and comic content. The Service offers both free and premium (VIP) content. Premium content requires an active paid subscription.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly — $10.00 USD per month
  • Monthly Ultra — $20.00 USD per month
  • Annual — $100.00 USD per year
  • Annual Ultra — $200.00 USD per year

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect on their subscription.

6. Billing and Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the interval corresponding to your selected plan (monthly or annually).

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be at the then-current subscription rate.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to premium content until the payment issue is resolved.

7. Free Trial

We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of any free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee upon conversion.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within the current billing period.
  • Access to premium content will cease at the end of the current billing period.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are generally final. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, which we are unable to resolve.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges.
  • Requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase (in accordance with UK consumer rights for digital content, where content has not been fully consumed).

To request a refund, contact us at support@paramanga.com with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to manga, comics, illustrations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Parasocial Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service.
  • Use screen capture, recording, or downloading tools to copy content.
  • Circumvent or disable any content protection or DRM measures.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit free trials or promotional offers.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.

12. Content Disclaimer

The Service hosts adult-oriented manga and comic content. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view such content and that you access it voluntarily. We do not guarantee that content is suitable or legal in all jurisdictions; it is your responsibility to comply with local laws.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parasocial Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parasocial Limited and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@paramanga.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parasocial Limited regarding the use of the Service.
