1. Respect for Intellectual Property
Parasocial Limited (company number 16308411, registered in England and Wales) respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and other applicable copyright laws. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Paramanga infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service (e.g., URLs or screenshots), with enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- A statement of accuracy: "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Designated Agent

- Notify the user who posted the material of the takedown.
- Maintain records of all notices received and actions taken.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Send counter-notifications to dmca@paramanga.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification".
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has been the subject of three or more valid DMCA takedown notices.
7. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please consider seeking legal counsel before filing a DMCA notice or counter-notification.
